D - Describe objectively what happened
I once had a lecturer whom had told me off infront of a class. I had approached her to check the progres of my group assignment. The only set back was that she was having a practical class with another group. However, she agreed to have a look. Later, she had told me that she did not like the day gaps between our meeting dates. At this point, her voice was raised. I agreed to change it, apologized for disrupting her class and left.

I suppose that one of the reasons the event has happened i because I had disrupted her class by requesting her to check my group's progress. Other than that, it was about at the end of the day, she might have already been tired. Although I had felt a sense of frustration and sadness due to the pressure and rejection. I felt that I had to apologize as I was in the wrong with judgement of timings.

In future, whether it is at a workplace or surrounded by my social group, the acceptance for criticism is a must as I must have an open mind in order to grow. Furthermore, feelings of others must be taken into account rather than just thinking of myself.
